SCHS and Wilcox Senior Scholarships Available: Deadline to apply is April 28th, 2025!
The Santa Clara Parade of Champions is proud to announce its scholarship program for high school seniors graduating in 2025. This program aims to support and recognize students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievements, community service, and leadership skills.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria below. Financial Need is not a requirement to apply:
Be a senior currently enrolled at Santa Clara or Wilcox High School
Academic Excellence: Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 has been accepted at a university or 2-year community college in year 2025
Community Impact: Demonstrate active involvement in community service or extracurricular activities.
Submit a completed application form along with the necessary documents.
Application Process
Complete the Application Form online or download and fill out the scholarship application form and email, ensure all sections are completed accurately. Scholarship Program — SC Parade of Champions
Gather Required Documents: Include the following with your application submission
Official high school transcript
Letters of recommendation (can be from a teacher, Counselor and/or a community leader)
A short essay (maximum 500 words) outlining your goals, achievements, and reasons for applying.
Submit the Application online: All materials must be submitted by April 28th.
Important Dates
Application Deadline: April 28th, 2025
Notification of Scholarship Recipients: May 1st, 2025
Scholarship Award Ceremony: Senior Awards Night will be May 28th 2025
Selection Process
Our Board committee will review all applications and select scholarship recipients based on academic merit, community involvement, documents submitted, references and the quality of the personal statement.
Award Amount
Each scholarship recipient selected will receive a monetary award of $500 to assist with post-secondary education expenses.
